Welcome to Tierraventura.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of any ecotours, excursions, or activities offered by us. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payments
Reservations: All bookings must be made online through Tierraventura.com or via our official communication channels.

Payment: Full payment or a designated deposit (as specified during the checkout process) is required to secure your booking.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos - MXN and include local taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
We plan our ecotours with local communities and guides well in advance. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations by the Client:

Cancelled more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

Cancelled between 15 and 29 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

Cancelled less than 14 days before the tour date: No refund.

Cancellations by Tierraventura.com: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Physical Fitness, Health, and Safety
Acknowledge of Risk: Our ecotours involve outdoor physical activities hiking, walking, nature exploration. By booking, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks.

Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit enough to participate. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the tour.

Safety Rules: You must follow all instructions given by our guides. We reserve the right to exclude any participant from an activity if their behaviour compromises their safety or the safety of the group, without any refund.

4. Limitation of Liability
Tierraventura.com, its guides, and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage to personal property, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. We highly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive international travel and medical insurance.

5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oaxaca, Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oaxaca, Mexico.
